There were central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The location of the hotel was stunning, in the centre of Chamonix. The food was fine in the restaurant.

The hotel was clean, the staff was fairly friendly and super friendly. The rooms were beautifully presented and cheap with a great view and the air conditioning and good views. The location for Chamonix was incredible, next to the center of town and the bus stop, train. I liked 2 nights there.

We had the classic queen room and it was stylish with sofa bed. The staff were very informative and attentive and the location was excellent useful to have the free bus ticket issued by Reception for travel up-and-down the valley.

Its location was excellent, so close to the train stop and France where at least the bread should be good. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Appreciated the deluxe queen room with air conditioning and a much smaller balcony I was given.

The hotel was nicely appointed and placed in an elegant-style building. Me and my baby we liked the room, it was fashionable and brand-new. The beds were comfortable, view on the mountains was absolutely stunning. The property was in a magnificent location not far from all the relevant ski slopes, restaurant, and the town centre of chamonix.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really enjoyed. the rooms were very clean and modern, which made for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were taken care of. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated outside of town, making it a peaceful and serene escape from the bustling city. Lastly, I loved the fact that the internet was free and super fast, allowing me to stay connected with my loved ones during the festive season.

There were a few aspects that I didn't quite like about my stay. The restaurant service in the evening was average for a hotel of this caliber, and the cost of a taxi back from Chamonix was quite expensive.
